Question List Overview

Introduction

This support article explains the basics of searching and filtering the Question List in Pearler's RFP Automation software.

Search and Filter the Question List

Navigate to the question list by opening a Project Questionnaire.

Search Questions

To search for specific questions, simply click in the Search by question or reference field at the top of the questions list and type any keywords. Any questions that don’t contain the keywords will be temporarily removed from the list, leaving only relevant results.

Filter Questions

To filter questions, click the filter icon in the right side of the Search by question or reference field and select any of the relevant filters from the Status, Compliance, Assignee or Other sections. You can select multiple filters at once, as well as combining them with keyword searches.
